Payment & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how billing works for Muhurta at muhurta.chakrakali.com. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

2. Free access

The Muhurta clock, panchanga, Choghadiya, kalas, and all 30 muhurtas are free, require no account, and have no usage limit. You only pay if you choose Premium, which personalises timing to your birth chart.

3. Subscriptions

Muhurta Premium is a recurring subscription billed monthly, as selected at checkout. It renews automatically until cancelled. A one-time personalised natal report may also be offered as a single purchase. Current prices are shown at checkout; prices may change prospectively with notice, and the price you were charged for a billing period will not change mid-period.

4. Billing & renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price using your payment method on file. We may attempt to recharge a failed payment. You authorize these recurring charges until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the subscription-management portal linked in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Refunds

• Subscriptions: if you are dissatisfied, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge and we will review your request in good faith. Refunds are at our reasonable discretion unless a longer statutory right applies in your jurisdiction.
• One-time reports: because a report is generated and delivered on purchase, it is non-refundable once produced, except where required by law.
• Statutory rights: nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under local law (e.g., EU/UK cooling-off rights).

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST), which will be added where required.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted at muhurta.chakrakali.com with a new effective date.
