1. Respect for intellectual property

The operator of Muhurtaat muhurta.chakrakali.com respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. Do not submit content that infringes another party’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.

2. Ownership of the Service

The Service — its software, UI, design system, text, graphics, and logos — is © 2026 the Muhurta operator. All rights reserved except the limited license to use the Service granted in the Terms of Service. Our names and logos are trademarks and may not be used without permission.

3. Your content

You retain rights in the birth details and questions you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any material you submit, and for how you use the timing guidance the Service produces.

4. Reporting infringement (notice & takedown)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] including:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location (URL) on the Service.
Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

5. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by law.

6. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted at muhurta.chakrakali.com with a new effective date.
